    Nope, just somebody who thinks that he will win.

    For a win bet to be matched, there has to be somebody who thinks Biden will lose or they are arbitrage betting for a profit.

    Usually best to separate what you want to happen from your betting.

    Well, it's matter of what you want to happen matching what you expect will happen. The results will show whether you were wrong or right.
    I expect the Democrats to win 2024. I want that to happen purely for my betting expectations. Not because I favour a particular party.
