    Its brand segmentation, Dodo targets 'price seekers', most are still on 12, there was a 6 month free upgrade to 25 Mbps and most went back to 12 rather than pay an extra $5, faster isnt a selling point for them.

    The purpose of iPrimus is to target 'value seekers', they are the ones are willing to pay a bit more for extras, thats why they updated their offering and match TPG when voice is included.
