Maybe because of the court case with John Terpu (CQT). The strong SP may also be due to this case. From a layman's perspective (i.e my perspective), John has a good case. After he got a loan with his collateral, he was led to believe that he is still the beneficial owner because ANZ did not file a substantial s/h notice, which is consistent with his understand of the Opes contract.
