    "A windfarm life expectancy is 25 years. A nuclear power plant is 2000 years.". .... surely this is a typo DMC 100 years max and most record a life expectancy of 50-80 years. y'know concrete cancer and all that..... as well as tech advances in the timeframe.

    you might not have noticed I'm for nuclear in the long run. my argument is that Dutton's "plan" is a fantasy as he hasn't done the research, the modelling, the costings etc. his announcements show that they don't know many answers to the questions they are asked.

    "easily" is an easy word to use. even spellcheck gets it right sometimes .... look at builds around the world and the delays, cost blowouts, technical delays, labour demands etc.

    we need a real plan from both Lab and Lib in order to choose. Labs have a 'plan' - whether it's viable or not remains to be seen but they have a plan. the Libs have an announcement with no substance. ergo they have no real plan.
