whats more much of the expense has been borne by State govts. the fed govts avoided as much cost for renewable energy as they could manage. now there really is money there for renewable energy to use.

seed money is important. and while its all managed by ARENA/CEFC the assessment of projects is taken out of govt hands. this is why some solar and wind were able to be built during the Lib Govts.
