    Very well summarised Anatol -you have my whole-hearted support.
    Prior to my posting I emailed my concerns to the Company-I still await their response.
    As a fairly substantial shareholder I am very excited about ELM's prospects,however to maximise return to ALL SHAREHOLDERS ,I am very concerned that "snouts in the trough" by Directors & deliberate manipulation by a few,will undermine the markets perception of what could be one of this years real success stories
