    Is there no estimated amount for the railway construction, so that stages 2, 3 and 4 of the hopeful coldry project can ever be realised?

    Is there any way that ECT could fund this without the government's support, eg with chinese cash?

    This is possibly one of their biggest stumbling blocks in attracting new investors IMO.
