Quite right. Assuming ESI still have the 700k they had as at 30/6/11 would be nuts - they would have burned through that cash months ago.

Their most recent ann about the CR at $0.006 said they had raised $1.5 million. (didn't you say recently that it was $4 million???)

According to the annual report of 30/6/11 they had total debts then of more than $1.4 million 6 months ago. It is a safe bet that debt has increased by 10% or more.

So if they have raised $1.5 million, but owe more than that sum, what is ESI's current net cash position SP3?

don't ESI need at least $3.8 million to even get to the next phase of their plan to compete with the billionaires down the street at exergen?

what happens when they burn through the current cash?

what happens if their creditors call in their debts?
