Had either of you been shareholders you would have received a prospectus as to what the $3.8m was being raised for, seems you are not, then you are now commenting out of your depth and without research regarding what the $3.8m has been earmarked for.
However, all is not lost for you 2, should you wish to do some more research before making unqualified statements regarding the company and it's intentions for the $3.8m you can still view the prospectus as part of the shortfall.
