If you want to create a billion dollar company you have to be aware of what the people who will take it a billion dollars want.
In A$ terms, the capex for the Agbaja project is close to $1bn. Is that going to come from the current shareholders? (And don't tell me 50% will be debt because in its current form the debt capacity of the project is zero.)
