    Sorry the previous numbers should be:
    MXR share in Marree = 30% + (35% x 70%) = 54.5%

    If MXR own 35% of ERO, then they own 35% of ERO's 70% share in Marree. Right?

    So ERO shareholders (not including MXR) own 45.5% of Marree while MXR shareholders own 54.5%.

    The market is wrong!
