Deeman, I think you need to realise that the price of LNG around the world varies. In 2005 it peaked at about $15 in the us following the hurricances in the gulf. NYMEX tends to be higher
In Australia it is $3-4 on east coast, while WA it is $6. In china it is $7-8 That is why the LNG plants at Gladstone are critical to pricing as exports will be closer to the NYMEX price.

The $20m investment, the plant of that size is proposed may be a stumbing block, but nevertheless achievable. But remember, that the LNG price we discussed is to the plant. Once leaving the plant the price goes up to reflect processing.
