So what its telling you that BRM are still cheap. Crunch the resource and (targeted resource) numbers of each stock compare them against others in the market it will tell you that both companies are under valued at the moment. FDL is not going to at this level for much longer. Especially the options seem extremely good value at the moment.
Go through some of Warnie and Fatstocks previous posts. I am sure Warnie did some number crunching on the io value per share
