The only reason I see this dead cat bounce is that the smart money factored the anticipated drop in IOP yesterday and short covering being a Friday. Unless the Chinese decide to move CNY by say 3 months then industries are grinding to a halt. Meanwhile every one is still ramping production into a market that is not consuming this stuff for 1 month. Could be a good time to be accumulating if you think the blood is on the street or else that falling knife still has very sharp edge.
