    I'm sure BRM are in discussions with BHP, but I doubt that they're close to a rail deal. BHP will drag discussions on for years, but it's commitments that BRM wants. I doubt BRM are anywhere near close to gaining any commitments from BHP. I'd be overjoyed if they were, but I'm not holding my breath.
