"How do you know BHP are not interested in negotiating use on their rail line?"
Maybe the fact that we have been knocking on the door for the last 4 years and haven't had an answer is swaying me. What's changed?
Would love there to be a "deal" but I can't see any reason why BHP would care anymore now than at anytime before.
