The current share price for FMS is looking attractive for a takeover offer at the moment IMO. With the MMK .30 cent offer a couple years ago the share price was 10 times it is now.
Say for example there is a Chinese company that wants to take FMS over. With cash on hand almost exhausted and the SP declining, wouldn't the Chinese company wait until the last minute to propose a takeover, as the offer would look more attractive to shareholders. This could be one of many possible reasons for the delay. What do you guys think of a proposed take over offer or similar transaction and at what price would you be happy with?
I don't know...just food for thought.
