    Didn't mean to say you got it wrong as they don't always work out in the best interests of s/h wealth. Just quoting 2 that I knew of. TAM was 1:10 I'm pretty sure....they had nearly 2B shares on issue and from memory SBM had ~1B for a 10:1 consolidation also.
