Dr D, As far as I can find, the earliest reference to where the story started was your post 16 December-where you said "Multiple players have told me this whole buy back was set up for Gary Foster to get out. It is hardly a secret but it is conjecture until he does...." That is the earliest I can find. So it would be one of the multiple players that started it.
I reckon Cyber was sold well, at same multiples that TNT has been paying. TSI worth more than book value. Discount to assets is a measure of concern about how management will allow shareholders to get a fair share...as everyone has noted.
