IMO, GSW have some explaining to do and have been manipulative in how they’ve presented and withheld information. This doesn’t equate to the business being worth only cash-backing or make the ‘agreements’ (or whatever you want to call them) irrelevant.
I hope this will be a lesson for management to be more transparent in the future, unfortunately it’s shareholders who will pay the price. I do not intend to sell a single share and will look to top-up depending on the degree of the sell-off, which I predict will be overdone due to scaremongering of shorters who will likely claim what a great value the company is once they get their parcel.
