How did GSW reach the conclusion that N A Williams will sell at least $138 million per year? Was this what N A Williams told them they would sell? If so why is this not stated? The closest we get is:

"N.A. Williams and The Company estimate that this structure will potentially yield in excess of 1.15 Billion (1,150,000,000) transactions a year when fully implemented."

How do they connect the “potentially" of the number transaction with the certainty of the financial outcome?

Well I read it conservatively.

That by 19 months from Sep last year, annualised revenue from this deal is expected to be at 138m, so 11.5m per month.

Those are the figures quoted by GSW?

Do you think these figures are incorrect and GSW has fraudulently misled the public? Yes or no?
