please read my response below, the New question should be: given ggg's current situation are they a mining company?
or should we think of them as "an environmental study group" given that an environmental and social impact study is all the company will be allowed to do for the forseeable future?
if they don't get approval of said study they may not even be a study group. the management hasn't shown they are very good at anything regarding this project, i for one am skeptical of them being sucessful at this newly required study.
one thing seems certain it will cost both money and time to find out and the company will be spending a lot more money
and the company will definitely not be making money anytime soon
is ggg still a mining company?
