is ggp a worthy investment?

from what i have read in way of announcements and posts, this penny stock appears to be in dire circumstances.

We have the imminent dilution by way of convertable notes and rights issue, the legal case with permian assets, lease issues, and a so called investor group whom it appears have contributed to the general market sentiment.

What a hodgepodge eh?

Why should i, or anyone else invest here? Probably for a short term punt. You just never know what the future holds.
