Thanks for the discussion thread. You seem to have done a bit of research and very knowledgeable on the issue, what are your thoughts to the fact that liability is/isnt passed on through sale transactions.?
Did AKW have legaly binding agreement with the other 2 parties that are claiming a stake to these PB licences.? who are the other parties and their relationship to AKW.?
