Gillard, as the Prime Minister, must accept responsibility for the actions of her senior staffer.

If she tries to claim that she didn't know what he was doing, well then, she is incompetent and unfit for her position.

The problem with the Prime Ministers office under Rudd and Gillard, is that they are obsessed with spin and controlling the media.

God knows exactly how many of these "media advisers" have been employed, but clearly, there are so many that some are rudderless ships.(or so some would have us now believe)

And we all know what happened to the Captain of the last rudderless ship over in Italy.
