I would only be hypothesising on a potential deal however, with just shy of 300m listed shares, a cap raising may not be that dilutionary. It depends entirely on the quality of the project contemplated and the possible issue price.
Given that the Dec 200m options at 8c are extremely unlikely to be exercised, one wonders what a proposed project or corporate restructure could be contemplated.
Like most shareholders, the sooner we find out the clearer the picture will be.
