re: plushtek why so bearish on zfx one of my main concerns is the falling oil price some will say but oil is up to 63 a barrel.But in the last month opec has cut production by 1.5mil barrells a day.This tells me that the slow down is taking place.Most are bearish on oil stocks in 2007.Housing in the US have rebouded a little its a dead cat bounce.There is more downside in the housing in the US,One might say whats this got to do with Zinifix, galvinised steel.
Copper crashed because of wiring in houses and appliances in US housing with stock piles rising zinc will follow.
It all looks good at the moment because stock piles are low but zfx is not the only zinc producer in the world.
New mines opening more supplies coming on zinc we fall.
