I don't think it will be a bidding war between rio and fmg, I think the way fdl is talking they will move to mine the iron ore itself.
the news has some of the info people have been waiting to hear, that is , the company progress on the drill rig, the contract for 6 months, the project logistics, the drilling plans etc, in a brief format.
the buy/ sell volumes are 79m/43m, the turnover volume 45m, sp 13c,
the fig 1 diagram probably should be larger as it takes a while to identify the pointers to the various resources and an earth google type aerial would be useful.
The Kennedy spur being in for approvals and the design being done is good news and the inevitability of the resource is pretty much as warnie spoke about in his price forecasts and the forecasts based on asset value in resource based on a conservative increase in Fe price, it's actually higher than his estimates which I am sure he is happy about.
I am please that Kev Wills understands the need to keep the market informed with regular updates as it reduces speculation and allows informed decisions to be made.
There are a lot more sellers not wanting to be in flinders than I would have imagined. Such is the fickle nature of the stock market I guess.
