    We had the deep drastic depression in 08 / 09. Where were you? The Central Banks don't want to keep fighting deflation with QE - they've run out of ammo long ago. They want growth and lowish inflation. Further periods of negative real returns are good for gold. The US will not be pleased about a very strong $.
