There are a couple of points that you omit. You didn't buy the majority of your shares at 12c (like some), or 8c or 4c ...or probably even 1c.

While you were an active member of the shareholder group, YOU MADE THE DECISION to buy millions of shares ...in a company that was on deaths door -no one else. You didn't tell anyone and you didn't ask anyone's opinion in the shareholder group.

Then you blamed the shareholder group for your own decision to become a top 20 shareholder.

You used science to buy OGX. Well that is an oxymoron all by itself.

Do you want to know why MOK was never going to succeed? Because he was only ever a proxy for the real controller who always had an option on the secured credit. With his loyal follower (not) running the mine ...he was always going to be the managing director. Managing and directing the company towards oblivion.

MOK was never going to succeed, because the company had no money and it was never going to make any money, until the puppet-master wanted it to. OGX had great assets, but it was broke!

Tens of millions of dollars raised (and disappeared) ...but it was broke!

How do you do it? Easy, come up with plausible stories about fantastic production this quarter ...but never produce!

Then sit back and watch the SP disappear, all the while feigning outrage.

Did they start out like that with the fantastic performance options, maybe not ...but that is how they finished.

The reason you came to the conclusion about "the truth" when you did is because when you made all the phone calls and did your in-depth "scientific analysis", you were told what you wanted to hear, and confirmation bias did the rest, like it did for me when I first went to Brazil.

When I went to Brazil I was also a fervent believer in the company and management, like many other shareholders. I was asked to help understand what was going wrong, and I proceeded to discuss the mine with the entire staff, and luckily for me, there were many who were not prepared to lie.

After bashing my head against the wall for week upon week, after making numerous videos trying to find out why the company was both wasting money and also making stupid decisions that prevented gold production. Eventualy near the end of my trip there, I did understand. It was a scam (I wasn't the only one who worked this out, but I'm not going to speak for them), and nothing I tried to do to help with production was going to be allowed.
Which one of your mates said "Oh my god, look at this graveyard" -when he looked at the workshop?

It was always a merry go round trying to find out WHY.

Why were we mining in the low grade area of Cascavel despite being told not to 3 months earlier?
Why did the repair company not release the underground loader?
Why did we not have money to pay for repair bills?
Why did the diesel run out?
Why did the explosives license fail?
FMD! I organised AU $300,000 to be sent over for a new for a new loader (from a major shareholder) ...and it never appeared. WHY? Because they didn't want to start mining the transition zone effectively I guess.
Why did they lie about gold production?
Why were reports fabricated?
WHY WAS ELISEO CANNED? (nothing to do with personality mate)
One person would blame another, who would blame another ...
Why were vicious personal lies spread about me? ...You have already seen some of them being discredited, and you don't know the half of it.

I will tell you why ...because people like this can not stop lying or using people for their own nefarious purposes. Believe me, I would rather be me with no money than them.

...and by the way, I never sold a share after I went to Brazil. Lost the lot, with family, somewhere around $300 -$400k ...but who is counting.

Nothing against you personally TM, but don't even start to tell me how you know everything about what was going on, because you have no idea.

Not one of the previous management have presented an iota of proof to explain the company capitulation.

...and you have no idea of the people you a dealing with.

for that matter, I NEVER told you to buy shares in the company, and nor did I ever tell anyone on Hot Copper to buy shares. I don't agree with Batboy's conclusions, but least he doesn't blame anyone else -so stop harassing me -I didn't steal the company (so stop harassing me please), we know who did -lets hope there is a cell for them somewhere at some time in the future.

my idea is if Meteoric merge with Tucano Gold it would mean MEI can then self fund its own mine startup with gold sales.

we all know that gold is heading to crazy new highs soon.

read the investor update from Tucano Gold. With a PE of only 1 and the highest grading gold mine in the insured called DuckHead I am sure Dr Tunks could turn MEI into a $1b company.
