@scottpev: The clear corollary of the inflammation caused by graphene platelets is that they interfere in the cell's mitotic activity and thus have likely mutagenic effects on DNA. There has not been sufficient research on the ultimate effects of graphene nanoplatelets but there is enough research to indicate that it is indeed cytotoxic. See.
