Cant find any news on TSI. Have rung finance chief at TSI and nothing of value obtained. Note that EPS for 6 mths to 30-6-08 was 6.1c and div/sh for same period was 9.5c so looks like they are paying divs out of borrowing. Could this explain weak share price?
