Yes it can bounce, but i see gxy continuing to drift lower in the short term due to a lack of activity. Not much more can be done at present on flagship mt cattlin lithium deposit as bfs is underway on this 25mt company maker. An update would help if it included some good news. Lack of dough is the big problem - they got through around $3mill in 12 months at mt cattlin - and dilution will hurt all but the miller, who if paper is issured, would be getting into quality at a huge discount. And the lithium users, who could tip some in, are probably just sitting, waiting.
