The price is definitely being propped up. Nobody in their right mind places a 20k * $32.50 = $650k buy order in one swoop that pumps the price by 2% on an illiquid stock. If you truly wanted to buy at the best (lowest) price you would space your buy orders over the day/week. But hey people can do what they want so all the best to them until the reality of this ridiculous valuation sets in and then it's a race for the one exit door that is quickly closing.
