there is something going on here but dont know what.... is there a possibility their advisor has 10s of millions of dollars in fees to be earnt if the daily average share price hold above a level??
can anyone shed any light on this if this was to be a possibility? and would they have to disclose this to market?
we all know the stock is worth nothing like the current MC... 200 stores and make a small ebitda!!!! add another 200 stores and still worth nothing like its MC.
we will find out soon when the directors come out of escrow, some end of december then all stock july... my tip is that it will be trading under $20... thats still a 2B MC ... no chance its worth even that
