Its only a buy at the end of the year, once the escrow share holders get a chance to sell to lock in their post IPO gains. Any analysis ignoring this should be thrown out the window, as these people are part of an effort to keep the stock trading at nose bleed valuations to allow a higher return for the escrow holders...
