iv never seen more head winds for a stock that will face high food costs, high trucking costs, high rents, high construction costs, high wage increases, high taxes from state, federal and local governments and more importantly competing with heavily discounts from maccas, hungry jacks and subway moving forward. A now market val of still $3.5B and made a profit of annualised $30M. not for me considering growth will be very expensive and slow. not to mention the USA business iv shorted at $37 plan to be out at $20 before July... however im thinking its prob a genuine MC of 1B to 1.5B so might hold out for that $10-$12 mark!! i certainly do not want to see the business fail, just get revalued accordingly.
