I get the impression .. that value is often found in the later....because that is where you maybe buy at a discount..And find a strong technical position

Like a large block on the edge of town.. No one is interested
No agents chase the listing.... But a smart investor tucks it away.... At a later date time and tide move on

Westpoint should tell us that commissions drive lot of visibilty... A small stock where No broker can earn commissions is often not in anyones investing universe.

visibilty will be low ..But opportunity high
