This is a moral issue and well feel sad for that man but well business is full of sharks. I still don't see much links with CAJ.
What I see is :
JC is a major shareholder of CAJ, I don't remember the exact amount but this is close to 10 or more.
JC reputation is based on CAJ.
Enlitic invesent worth some big money.
Conculsion : JC interest is to protect CAJ and our interests indirectly.
Regarding acquisitions, well they might overpaid some but it's difficult to check since they don't communicate on EV/ebit paid but now the share is selling at 12 cents, time to move on.
