Is HHR Attractive to Rock Rose ?

Rock Rose Energy (RR) now has 80% of Phase 1 and is effectively funding the Project from now on ( unless HHR can finance their share of the CAPEX at the end of the commissioning phase). How interested do people think RR are in taking over HHR? Once the Project has all the necessary regulatory approvals and the engineering and procurement packages are set, what benefit does RR get from having HHR as a JV partner, particularly since they are taking all of the risk?

Is there an argument that RR would rather not have HHR come up with the cash to fund their share of phase 1 and kick RR back to 60%? Maybe RR is just waiting for the approvals for phase 1 to come through and perhaps see what HRR may or may not get as far as new licenses, and then scoop HHR up cheaply. I know the HHR directors have a lot of shares, but given the current SP, and the likelihood that we won't see an SP near fair value for a couple of years, would an offer from RR at say 6c get accepted?

Very hypothetical I know, but I'm bored watching HHR trade and thinking about how I'm ever going to get my money out with the volume so low.
