I know the HHR directors have a lot of shares, but given the current SP, and the likelihood that we won't see an SP near fair value for a couple of years, would an offer from RR at say 6c get accepted?

Very hypothetical I know, but I'm bored watching HHR trade and thinking about how I'm ever going to get my money out with the volume so low.
