Definitely some accumulation taking place, but I think the selling is starting to dry up as well. Seems like we've been hit with concerted selling for the last 4 months between 2.8c and 2.2c. My guess is that its holders who have been holding for at least 2 years or before the relisting, because there aren't too many around here who would be in the money....
