I put it down to 4 factors...
1) Share price manipulation over a sustained timeframe..Perhaps a certain cornerstone investor/investors have had plans in the pipeline for some time...The lid has been held tightly for a reason..The sp will run imo when all the deals are in place..Is financing that final deal? Is there a further JV in the wings that will keep the sp tight for time being? Who knows.
2) Trade war & global economic conditions..Don't look past them.
3) Lack of broader market awareness..We might know about it in our little corner of the investment world but I'm not convinced the greater investment community are aware!..This isn't something Peter can fix with a few interviews either shared on HC..Triton Minerals need to secure financing & have so movement that is enough to alert potential investors.
4) The investors who do know about Tritons potential & current status in regards to project advancement are tapped out..Most have averaged down & are largely dry imo..With little volume it's very hard to push the sp north & very easy to push it south.
We are in a deadlock but once government approval are granted I can see things moving..$8.5m straight after firb & shareholders approval of Jinan..October should mean ordering of long lead items & commencement of early ground work..Final financing package by December latest I'd say.
