In a pressure vessel it won't boil off. It is literally crammed in at high pressure. The design of pressure vessels is a specialist field with strict standards applied to the design and manufacture. Certification is required as part of the build and installation.

If you are talking about hydrogen embrittlement, then yes that can affect iron based pipes. Special materials and welding techniques are required to combat the effect.
For existing gas transport lines this can be a problem depending on whether the line was designed for gases with higher hydrogen content.
