    So you want to pay someone the average wage, to run a billion dollar bank which earned like 9 billion last year ?
    I have no issues with large proportional salaries , if they're making the profit then all good

    Maybe the justification here is, you think 153 average Australian could run the bank?
    Out of curiosity which large bank have your run?
