Oh and to answer the question of the title I do think that Ian Tchacos is a good Chairman and will be very careful how he navigates the current sensitive environment. He has good contacts from his previous role in NXS so would think he can bring that to this deal. All comes down to how debt and equity raisings will be handled in the future (ADX, VIL & XST are afterall pygmies hunting elephants with an expienced guide of gulfsands but have to payup at some point)
