I do not know but my impression is Zimmer and Fink run the show at ADX
First Tunesia onshore: At the moment it takes ages to organize a simple well test of a perhaps discovery
Second Tunesia offshore: They were not able to deliver a proof with a test rate after their discovered offshore field.
At the moment and till now it seems they have the capability to discover oil and gas but fail to deliver the proof of an economical production rate
