    Based on the current Cadmus price in New Zealand of 21 cents and the proposed merger of 3.33 Cadmus shares for 1 intellect share, IHG shares are valued at $0.69 New Zealand or $0.6 Australian. Until the trading halt it was trading at $0.37, a huge discount to the value of Cadmus. Does this mean that Cadmus is over valued or that IHG is undervalued or that the marlet doesn't think the merger will add value to IHG.
