My reasoning is as follows: (a) That we have made Aus an enemy of China by overly supporting the USA in its quest to debunk the CCP & break up China (b) That over time, China will try to isolate the USA economically & militarily ( The USA is trying to shore up its Anti-Chiana coalition now via military alliances while China is working on economic alliances) (c) That isolation quest will start with breaking up NATO via trade with EC member countries starting with the ex Warsaw Pact countries.# (d) That China will support Indonesia economically to demonstrate the economic benefits of its BRI and ultimately arm and encourage Indonesia to knock over Aus thereby islolating the USA further (e) By then the China push back of the USA will be complete.(say 2050)
IMO this is why the USA will have to use its military strengths against China before its too late
# Please note China's BRI plan for a double rail sustem in Europe: one from Greece northwards and the second from Italy . Italy and Greece are effectively economic beacheads for China into Euope.
