"The fwd p/e of Intec including the Burnie 10k Tonne Western Grade Zinc is about 2!!!!!(two) I'm nervous like everybody else, but at 90c/lb or USD 2000/tonne for break evens"
I'm considering INL as a long term investment. With Zn at $2/lb its a no brainer. However, the long term zinc price worries me. If the Zn price holds up at even double the long term average, INL is not going to make a profit. The break even price for the miners is much lower. The process seems very reliant on a highish Zn price.
Any thoughts?
I'm generally bullish on resources, but it just doesn't seem like INL has a margin of safety that I like.
Cheers
